What if the style is sold out already?

No worries! Most of our styles can be pre-ordered! You can contact our customer service  team available online regarding your preference or contact the number below. We will take your order and start processing the same. Please note that, since it's a pre-order, we would advise you to place the order well in advance to avoid any delay of shipping.

Where is my order?

Contact us with your order number via any of our channels, we will follow up with our delivery partners and inform you of the status!

What is the estimated delivery time?

We usually process the order within 24 hours of receiving your order. Once it’s done, the delivery time will differ depending on availability of the product and customisation, fitting changes done on product.

Can I get a piece done in my size?

Yes! Just get in touch with our customer service  executive via Whatsapp/Online chat/Mail and let us know your preferences and sizes, we will get it ready for you! Please note that customization of any kind will take time. Hence, we suggest you place the order with the notes well in advance to avoid delays!

Why do prices vary?

It depends on the amount of customization work to be done on the piece! For example, we can add another dupatta or extra embroidery work can be done on the product. These kind of customizations are subject to price increase.

Do you offer trials?

Once you finalise the product and if it is readily available, you can visit our Singhania’s Luxury Handcrafted Store at Road no. 36, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad.

Can I add another dupatta to the product?

Can I design my own lehenga?

We are very proud to provide Bespoke services for our customers! Our designers are here to help you to design your dream lehenga. We have a wide variety of fabrics for you to choose from and have karigars to work on designs and patterns. PAYMENTS

Can I use credit cards for payments?

We have a variety of payment options in our gateways from UPI, Netbanking to Credit, Debit cards. We also have Paypal and western union for international payments. If you face any issues while making payments, please contact the number/mail us the issue, we will resolve it immediately.

How do I use coupon codes?

 Enter the coupon code in the “apply coupon” section while checking out. Please note, the coupon is applicable once per registered email id.

Do you have a COD option available?

No, at present we don’t provide a COD option for placing orders.

Are there any currency conversion charges?

There are charges levied from your bank’s end while you use your credit card or debit card in any currency (INR or foreign). Please note in case of Refund of these orders, these charges will be not be part of the refund.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Can I return the product if it does not fit?

We can exchange or refund for the product if it does not fit. Please note we accept exchanges or refunds within 7 days of product delivery for domestic and 15 days for international. 

Can I return the product that was on sale?

No, the product under sale is not eligible for returns or exchange.

Can I just get a refund for one product among the multiple products ordered?

In case of multiple products being ordered, if for any reason whatsoever, you wish to return the product, you can choose an alternative product for the same value. However, in case you do not wish to select any alternate product/s, we shall agree to refund the amount as against such non-deliverable products.

What is the refund policy of customised products?

A customised product cannot be returned, exchanged or cancelled. In case if it does not fit, we will make arrangements to fit the product but it is not eligible for refund or exchange. The order for the product is taken only after the payment is received. In case of delay or the product is not delivered, it will be informed and the amount will be refunded for that product.

I would like to cancel my order!

We are sorry you had to cancel the order! You can cancel the order within 24 hours of placing it. You can get in touch with us via online/whatsapp/email if you need any assistance. If the order is not dispatched already, we will refund the amount or will give you a credit note. If you cancel the order after dispatch has been done and after 24 hours, we will refund or give you store credit after estimating the cost.

What’s the process for refund and returns?

Do contact us in case you wish to return the products. In case of damage, fitting issues, please send an image of the product, share the item’s condition and detailed reason for refund/replacement. Please do so within 7 days of receiving the product in case of domestic, 15 days in case of international. Our team will consult and will get in touch with you with a quick response.

Please note that customised products are not eligible for returns and refunds.

Do you offer video calls?

Yes, we do! You can reach out to us via number or email below and get in touch with our customer service executive. You can also book an appointment via our appointment page and choose your date and time of your availability, enter the details of what you would like to see during the call.

Do you have stores outside Hyderabad?

No. Currently we have two stores based in Hyderabad, Telangana. Singhania’s Flagship Store is in Banjara Hills Hyderabad that hosts Bespoke Tailoring services along with Handlooms and designer sarees. Singhania’s Luxury Handcrafted Store is in Jubilee Hills that has a wide variety of bridal sarees, designer sarees and lehengas for Brides and bridesmaids.
